What supplements do I take daily? My Wellness Protocol
Many people ask me what supplements I take. In my investigation on what fuels the cells, I have a handful of what I call Vitality Markers. This protocol covers these markers.
Here is what I take as a wellness protocol to support my Vitality.
In Morning after breakfast:
Vitamin D with A, E and K (ADK Evail from Designs for Health, 1 cap a day)
Monopure Omega 3 Fish Oils from Zymogen, 1 cap/day
Zinc Supreme (Designs for Health), 1 cap 3-4 days a week
B Supreme (Designs for Health), 1 or 2 caps/day
Synergy Liposomal Vitamin C by Cymbiotika or other Vitamin C a few times a week
In Evening before bed:
Buffered Magnesium Chelate (Designs for Health) or OptiMag by Zymogen 2-4 caps
Nordic Naturals Pro DHA Eye, 2 caps (special omega 3s for eye health)
Melatonin 3mg if I am too wired (Designs for Health Melatonin SRT or Source Naturals Melatonin spray)
If I am STRESSED I take some extra adrenal support. Something like Ashwaganda Complex by MediHerb
If I am TIRED I use something like Organic Longevity Mushrooms or Liposomal Sulforaphane Matrix by Cymbiotika.
If I am ANXIOUS I use the lotion, 1 pump, AdrenaCalm by Apex Energetics or Zen Adapt by Allergy Reseach
If I feel inflamed I take Nexus (Turmeric and CBD) from Cymbiotika or BCQ by Vital Nutrients
