VITAL PERIMENOPAUSE SMALL GROUP APPOINTMENTS

Dr. Heather is delighted to announce the launch of Functional Medicine group appointments, designed to lower the cost barrier while fostering a supportive and collaborative healing environment. Our inaugural series will focus on navigating Perimenopause through the lens of Vitality Medicine.

Here's what you can expect:

• A series of 3 mandatory meetings ($75 each), followed by ongoing monthly support sessions featuring guest speakers and more.

• All meetings will be recorded for your convenience.

• Dr. Heather is currently in development mode, inviting participants to provide feedback on the vision of this unique healing community experience.

Each session will run for 1.5 hours and cost just $75 (compared to the regular private appointment rate of $225 per hour). With a limited number of spots available, our intimate group setting ensures ample time for personal interaction and valuable information sharing.

Hormone testing will be required and we provide affordable options, or you can choose to have it covered through your insurance.
